**Does not include awning rail for mounting the canvas to the trailer**

this awning is way better than any new awning available on today’s market it has a well made cloth canvas compared to the cheap vinyl stuff now a days also has a metal cover that goes around it when awning is closed to keep it from baking away in the sun! This awning is off a 1988 and still looks amazing and for many years to come! This is one sexy awning!!

Awning comes disassembled, this means:

Springs need to be re torqued 

new awning canvas needs to be installed onto the roller
